EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN FOR 2026
KPI System for Educational Quality Assurance in 2026
The Educational Quality Assurance Plan of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) for 2026 is a key component in the Institute’s roadmap for transforming from a traditional university model into a smart digital university.
Based on the Development Strategy for the period 2021–2025 with a vision toward 2030, the following are the major orientations and key contents for PTIT’s quality assurance activities in 2026:
1. Quality Accreditation (Program and Institutional Levels)
In 2026, PTIT will continue pursuing accreditation objectives to further strengthen the Institute’s reputation:
- Maintaining the second-cycle institutional accreditation: Continuing quality improvements based on the results achieved from the second-cycle institutional accreditation.
- Expanding international accreditation: Promoting international accreditation of academic programs according to ASIIN standards for key disciplines such as Information Technology, Information Security, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, and Electrical-Electronic Engineering Technology.
- Domestic accreditation for newly established programs: Newly established programs that have produced their first graduates (Fintech, Automation Engineering Technology, and Journalism) will begin the review process and preparation of self-assessment reports.
2. Comprehensive Digitalization of Quality Assurance (QA) Processes
PTIT aims to become a model of digital transformation; therefore, quality assurance activities will also be fully digitalized:
- Dashboard system: Utilizing real-time data to monitor teaching and learning quality effectively.
- Online surveys: 100% of feedback collection from students, lecturers, and employers will be conducted through the PTIT S-Link application to ensure objectivity and rapid information processing.
- Personalized learning: Applying AI technologies to analyze learning data in order to provide timely support for students, reduce dropout rates, and improve learning outcomes.
3. Curriculum Improvement
In 2026, academic programs will focus on “adaptability” and “interdisciplinarity”:
- Updating programs according to market demands: Reviewing and updating curricula in line with emerging technologies such as AIoT, 6G, and semiconductor chips.
- Enhancing English-medium instruction: Expanding high-quality programs and international joint programs to strengthen students’ global integration competencies.
- Practice-oriented education: Strengthening cooperation with major corporations such as Samsung, Viettel, and VNPT so that students can participate in real-world projects during their studies.
