The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) has officially approved the implementation of the E-IQA Digital Quality Assurance Ecosystem project in 2026 as part of its strategic plan for digital transformation and continuous quality enhancement.
The project is jointly implemented by the Testing and Educational Quality Assurance Center and the CDIT Institute of Information and Communication Technology. It aims to establish a comprehensive digital Internal Quality Assurance (E-IQA) system to support educational quality management, accreditation activities, and institutional governance in alignment with international quality assurance standards such as AUN-QA, ASIIN, and QAA.
Towards a Digital Quality Assurance Ecosystem
The E-IQA initiative represents one of PTIT’s major strategic quality assurance projects in 2026. The system is designed to support the digitalization of QA processes, centralized evidence management, real-time KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.

According to the approved implementation plan, the E-IQA ecosystem will integrate multiple components, including:
- QA-IMS (Quality Assurance Information Management System)
- QA Dashboard
- Survey System
- KPI Monitoring System
- LMS/OBE systems
- Research Management System (RMS)
- Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS)
- Digital Evidence and Document Management System (DMS)
These systems will be connected through a centralized Data Integration Layer supported by governance and information security frameworks.
